The Bee's Knees (in 12 seconds)

• 2 oz of Gin
• 3 bar spoons of runny honey
• 3/4 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice

Stir the honey into the Gin, then cover with ice, shake, strain and garnish with a lemon zest.
