"Mushroom based vegetarian chicken substitute", I think you just described Quorn, my favorite!

I prefer Kikoman brand terriyaki to barbecue.  But terriyaki is sort of Japanese barbecue, so I guess it counts?

That is exactly what I was thinking about! I consider myself a meat eater through and through but Quorn is simply amazing.

dude kudos to you for eating that nasty looking thing 
no wonder Americans are so fat if you have complete aisles of that type of food for such a low price, you really shouldn't market this type of food its bad for your health and it doesent even look tasty.
