My mother 'spoilt' me with the best sandwiches! Except from cheese, butter and cream cheese she would always put whatever vegetable was in season on it: carrots, raw asparagus (yumm!), tomatoes, sometimes pickles... on it. Now I don't like the dry usual sandwiches and make them myself : ) I especially like to add tomato puree to my sandwich. - In school I was famous for them^^
Something I also like to take is a glass of plain yoghurt (we have 500g jars) only half full with some chopped fruits in it and then I take musli (I usually mix oats, nuts and cornflakes) in a separate container (or you could take some granola) and then at lunchtime I only have to stir it together and it is fresh and crispy and not mushy.

I liked this episode the most. I enjoyed seeing a husband help out, and a parent/parents caring about good nutrition for their kids. Also it didn't seem like everyone got to go off and play while mom does all the work. Also liked the idea of mini size french toast.
