Those dumplings look sick. Real Jiaozi should never contain cheese. Yuck.

Shoot ok just one more comment....We don't have street vendors either....but our asian restaurants have dumplings.

Just a question...are you not aware of "crab rangoons" or is the cream cheese crab dumpling different than a rangoon??

I like to put cheese and chicken with Mexican spice mix seasoning and salsa.....on to my George Foreman grill for quick and yummy quesadillas. You could use canned chicken, leftovers, steak.....or just cheese!

I had to stuff my face with mini croissants while watching that, all the time mumbling jealous curses! Aaaawyum!

Now I want to know how to make those.

Wow, those dumplings look good! My favorite dumplings are the classic "Chicken and Dumplings".

They look so tasty! The sad thing is that in small towns you don't really get street vendors!
