Latin Burger

Nothing screams Cinco de Mayo like Miami, Florida! The heat radiates from the city, just as it does from Latin Burger & Taco, a new gourmet street vendor owned by Food Network & Galavisión star Ingrid Hoffmann and her partner Jim Heins. The truck tours around under the Miami sun serving comfort food with a Latin American flare. In addition to serving great food, Latin Burger also does it's part in the community by helping to train and employ out of work locals, teaching them the tricks of the trade while they get on their feet.

While there I tried a bunch of her tacos, as well as the Latin Macho, a killer beef and chorizo burger smothered with oaxaca cheese, caramelized onions and jalapenos, and a silky spicy red pepper mayo! Muy bien!
