indonesian peanut sauce is satay sauce? tempe is also indonesian :) gosh i grew up with these food!! thanks for the tips on how to use them more!! :)

Thank you for pointing out honey's not vegan, you don't believe how many times people get that wrong. Well, I guess you do. It all looked delicious, it's very nice you guys think of vegans. Maybe marinating the seitan overnight in some soy sauce would be great too!

I'm confused on why honey is not vegan. I know that they don't do anything that harms the animal kingdom, but honey? we don't kill the bees to get it...and natural honey right off the comb is really good. (processed honey is disgusting and tooooo sweet)

Hi guys, I really love your show and was surprised that you use Indonesian peanut sauce for your buffalo wings. I'm from Indonesia and my aunt made really good peanut sauce. The ingredients are basically deep-fried peanuts (unskinned before you grind them) with garlic, salt, bird-eye chillies, chopped lime leaves, lime juice, and palm sugar until you make a paste. To make it as a dipping sauce you mix the paste with water, a dash of lime juice and sweet soy sauce. Mellisa from The Traveler's Lunchbox has tried making it --though in a slighly more complicated way: http://www.travelerslunchbox.com/journal/2009/8/11/satays-staff-of-life.html Oh, and a last suggestion for the tempe, before you fry them, soaked them in a water mixed with crushed garlic and a dash of salt. I love that you included a vegan snack (as I love your videos and am vegan!) but in addition to honey not being vegan, worcestershire sauce is traditionally made with anchovy, which not vegan or vegetarian. There are vegan worcestershire sauces out there or you can make your own and really impress your vegan/vegetarian friends!

superbowl food- wings, nachos, sandwiches, meatballs, taquitos, etc.  Food you don't have to use a utensils for.  Also, they need to be able to be grabbed quickly without a lot of compiling.  Not really "foodie" fair, but they keep the belly full.  
BTW- Digging the pigtails!

I love chicken wings, but I have given them up for health reasons, I make buffalo chicken bites. with sauted chicken brst, Lousiana hot sauce , finely minced garlic, and nonfat or lowfat cream cheese. Sprinkle with Gorgonzola!  Delish.. Oh this makes a killer buffalo chicken pizza or wrap.

yum!!! i've never had vegan food before but this looks so easy i can't wait to try! and the wings look yummy too, i love wings but hate how greasy they are/make me feel. thanks!!
