Cooking Questions & Answers, Tips : Working Class Foodies (Quickie)

Dudes, thanks for the call-out on the savory bread pudding as a good alternative for a meat free entree (I'm still waiting to make it), but I noticed that apart from the eggs in it it was sort of lacking in protein.  Now normally I have no problem tossing tofu/seitan/tempeh/whatever in a dish to up the protein amount and create a more well rounded meal (don't get me wrong I love the meats and consider myself a beautiful omnivore), but I know y'all have got to have a more creative way to incorporate these veggie proteins.  I'd love to see an episode on that.
