DIY BBQ Part 1: Homemade Hamburger Buns & Condiments

it looks great, but I can't declare the amount of flour - how much of the two is needed? - 2 cups bread flour and 1 1/4 cups of whole wheat flour?!

I'm starting to think that making things from scratch is more convenient than going out to the shops to buy everything. Of course it depends on where you live and the resources available to you, but it would definitely work here where I live.

How long do these condiments last? I don't use them a lot, so if I made them would they just spoil?

so i tried to the mustard but mine turned out really runny and very spicy any idea how i can lower the spice and not have it so runny Thanks a bunch

that bread.was--yup it's gone now--lightly toasted with some unsalted butter and a light sprinkle of sea salt was simply delicious! Thank you WCF for a great father's day treat and a reminder that it is the simpler things which when done well, make the boldest statement.

I'm making veggie burgers today. Hopefully they won't suck. I'll be looking forward to eventually making my own ketchup. My mom makes mayo and adds a bit of raw garlic into the blender. It's pretty spicy and perfect on baked potatoes.

holy crap t hat looks good!!! mmm i want to make those buns and put toasted sesame seeds on top. let me know if u find a good potato roll recipe, those are my favorite too!!
