I'm into iced tea (especially ginger peach white) and cooking with tea. Also, adding mint or basil or lavender to whatever I can. I work in a market now so I get lots of exposure to fresh, local goods to play with. Mmmm...

Fairy tale eggplants are pretty amazing! I had my first serving at brunch yesterday alongside some delicious summer corn and green tomato compote and pan seared halibut that my bff's roomie made (lucky gal, her roomie cooks at Gramercy Tavern; lucky me I think that's the closest I'll ever get to eating at a Danny Meyer restaurant other than Shake Shack). I'm also really into Mexican mangoes since they are at their peak right now. I refuse to buy them any other time of year.

I'm into BLUEBERRIES!! Lots and LOTS of them! Wild one naturally. I've just made my first batch of blueberry jam. gonna make another batch tonight. Keeping some for blueberry pies this winter, and just eating them by the bucket full. I LOVE Blueberries!  whats your fav blueberry recipe or is it the cobbler from a few eps back? Oh gotta make some more humming bird food tonight too.
